Start with the service you need and the outcome the work must deliver. State the project area, intended start date, duration and the best contact for clarifications. Include the information needed to assess access and mobilization. Share sensitive site details directly with shortlisted suppliers through an appropriate channel.
Specify the response you need
Ask for the proposed scope, availability, relevant experience, pricing basis, exclusions and quote validity. Identify your project-specific requirements and ask the supplier to explain any gaps. Give a response deadline and describe how clarification questions will be handled.
